I did borrow a friend's tool (tee hee) and made the adjustments myself, then we took it to the bike shop to make sure everything was good. They said it looked fine, so I guess I'm all set.

Now...want me to come there and kick those poisoners' asses? If I leave now, I could be there by spring...

Hooray for you and Daisy! You can do all the adjustments yourself, but you may want to go to a bike shop and see if they'll fit you and show you how to do it the first time. As you found out from your seat adjustment, a good fit can mean lots and lots less pain. I'm so happy for both of you.

p.s. Thanks for blogging, it's one of the things that makes me happy to get up in the morning. And since they're going to start poisoning me on Friday, I need as many of those things as I can get.
